Shipping delays in France and Worldwide
All orders are shipped within maximum 72 hours (working days) once you have paid or placed your order (depending on the payment method). Orders placed on the website on Fridays after 12pm, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery delays
The average delivery time for France is between 3 and 4 working days, and between 3 to 9 working days abroad (it may differ depending on customs formalities). You can also choose an express delivery by express carrier.
We ship all parcels to home by Colissimo or by express carriers with a tracking number and with or without signature.
Shipping costs
In metropolitan France (excluding DOM-TOM), home delivery is free for orders over €250 excluding VAT. Below that, delivery is charged at €15.
For the rest of the world, home delivery with Colissimo International is charged according to the country of delivery and current rates.
Packaging
For an optimal delivery, we take a great care to properly package our eyeglasses and protecting them in oversized packaging.
